&lt;p&gt;Simply put, we&amp;rsquo;re here for you. We hope that as this organization continues to grow, that it will be able to provide an increasing array of business and social services to all area young professionals looking for a network to help them reach out to the community.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Leadership Florence is the area&amp;rsquo;s most popular and comprehensive business leadership program in the region. The once-a-month sessions are designed to identify, cultivate and motivate leadership in our businesses and to familiarize participants about our community and enhance their involvement in business, civic and government activities while developing future leadership skills and business relationships.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The program begins with orientation in August and ends with graduation in May 2026.&amp;nbsp;Come and be a part of the 35 years of Leadership Florence experience.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ATTENDANCE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
The program begins with a Meet &amp;amp; Greet in August and ends with graduation in May 2026.&amp;nbsp; Sessions are one full day per month.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
You are also required to attend the half day Building Bridges Diversity Session&amp;nbsp;and one City/County Council Meeting. The Leadership Class will complete a class project during the program, in which the proceeds will be donated to chosen charities. Recent projects are Downtown Gala, Find Me Downtown, Disco Ball and Kickball for a Cause.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Participants may not miss more than two days of class to graduate.&amp;nbsp; Attendance at all sessions is expected.&amp;nbsp; The Opening Retreat, Team Building Exercise and State Government are mandatory sessions.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TUITION&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
$1395 for members and $1795 for non-members. A $325 deposit must accompany this completed application. The tuition balance is due before Friday, September 5, 2025. The Leadership Committee reserves the right to deny the participant eligibility for graduation for failure to attend scheduled sessions or non-payment of full tuition.&lt;/p&gt;

The event will be held on Friday, November 7&lt;sup&gt;th&lt;/sup&gt;&amp;nbsp;at The Florence Center, 3300 W Radio Dr. in Florence.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Speakers at the breakfast will include Elizabeth Crowley, Executive Director, Leatherman Behavioral Care Pavilion; Rebecca Vincent, Vice President of Patient Services Women&amp;rsquo;s and Children&amp;rsquo;s McLeod Regional Medical Center; Farrah M. Hughes, Associate Vice President for Behavioral Health at HopeHealth and Jay Hinesley, CEO of MUSC Health Florence Medical Center.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;MUSC and its&amp;rsquo; collaborative partners opened the doors of the innovative MUSC Health Leatherman Pavilion in late August and will serve as a regional behavioral health center. Please join us and our communities to hear from health care experts about how they are collaborating to address and ease the impact of mental health challenges in the Pee Dee region.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The Chamber&amp;rsquo;s Community Breakfast is an informational gathering held twice each year. Topics range from state and local representatives providing legislative updates to local concerns centered on community safety, health care, and education. The breakfast is open to business and civic leaders as well as the general public.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The doors will open at 7:30 a.m. and the program begins at 7:50 a.m.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Registration for the Community Breakfast is $30 for chamber members, $40 for non-members and $260 for a forward reserved table of 8. The breakfast is made possible by First Reliance Bank and Signature Wealth Strategies.&lt;/p&gt;
