&lt;br /&gt;
Leadership Florence is the area&amp;rsquo;s most popular and comprehensive business leadership program in the region. The once-a-month sessions are designed to identify, cultivate and motivate leadership in our businesses and to familiarize participants about our community and enhance their involvement in business, civic and government activities while developing future leadership skills and business relationships.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The program begins with orientation in August and ends with graduation in May 2026.&amp;nbsp;Come and be a part of the 35 years of Leadership Florence experience.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ATTENDANCE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
The program begins with a Meet &amp;amp; Greet in August and ends with graduation in May 2026.&amp;nbsp; Sessions are one full day per month.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
You are also required to attend the half day Building Bridges Diversity Session&amp;nbsp;and one City/County Council Meeting. The Leadership Class will complete a class project during the program, in which the proceeds will be donated to chosen charities. Recent projects are Downtown Gala, Find Me Downtown, Disco Ball and Kickball for a Cause.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Participants may not miss more than two days of class to graduate.&amp;nbsp; Attendance at all sessions is expected.&amp;nbsp; The Opening Retreat, Team Building Exercise and State Government are mandatory sessions.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TUITION&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
$1395 for members and $1795 for non-members. A $325 deposit must accompany this completed application. The tuition balance is due before Friday, September 5, 2025. The Leadership Committee reserves the right to deny the participant eligibility for graduation for failure to attend scheduled sessions or non-payment of full tuition.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The keynote speaker will be Mark Keel, Chief of the S.C. Law Enforcement Division (SLED). A native of Barnwell, S.C., Chief Keel is a veteran law enforcement officer who has had more than 40 years of service. His interest in law enforcement and public service began at an early age when, as a teenager, he served as a volunteer firefighter for the Barnwell Fire Department and as a member of the volunteer rescue squad. He later served with the Orangeburg County Sheriff&amp;rsquo;s Department and the Barnwell and Denmark Police Departments before joining SLED.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Mark Keel has served as Chief of the S.C. Law Enforcement Division (SLED) since July 1, 2011. He returned to SLED after serving as Director of the S. C. Department of Public Safety from June 17, 2008 - June 30, 2011, having previously served at SLED beginning August 31, 1979.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The Chamber&amp;rsquo;s luncheon will also include announcements of the Small Business Person of the Year, sponsored by Dedicated Community Bank, and the Public Servant of the Year, sponsored by Francis Marion University.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The Chamber&amp;rsquo;s Ambassador of the Year will also be recognized.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The annual luncheon will be held at the Florence Center with doors opening at 11:30am and the program beginning at 12 noon. Individual registration is $40 for members and $50 for non-members. Special reserved tables of 8 are available for $475. Seating will be limited so register early.&lt;/p&gt;
